Is it a good deal, and on what terms?
We give private clients and investors an independent financial, corporate and tax-structure analysis of a transaction they are considering, with a clear written recommendation, before they commit.
One question, answered independently
You decide what you are considering: buying or selling an asset or a business, a merger or acquisition, an investment, or a commercial contract. You come to us for an answer to a single question: is this a good deal for me, and on what conditions? We have no stake in the outcome and no counterparty to please.
What an engagement includes

Common questions
Who is this for?
Private clients and investors who are considering a transaction, such as buying or selling an asset or business, a merger or acquisition, an investment, or a commercial contract, and want an independent view before committing.
What will I receive?
A written recommendation with a risk assessment: recommended, recommended subject to conditions, or not recommended. We discuss it with you, and the engagement is closed with an acceptance act.
How long does it take?
Timing depends on the scope and complexity of the project. We agree it with you in advance, once we understand the task.
How is the fee determined?
We charge a fixed project fee, agreed in writing before work begins. We receive no commission and nothing from any counterparty.
Do you take part in negotiations or in the transaction?
No. We analyze the transaction and give you our view. Negotiations, decisions and execution remain with you and your own advisers.
How do you keep my information confidential?
We use client information only for the engagement and for compliance, share it only with parties bound by confidentiality or where the law requires, and use secure channels. See our Privacy Policy and Compliance Statement.
What do you need from me to start?
A short description of the project and the question you want answered. Before we accept an engagement, we also identify the client and, for a company, its owners and controllers, and ask about the purpose of the engagement and the source of the funds used to pay us. Details.
