Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how GRV GROUP OF COMPANIES LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“GRV,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit grvgroup.us (the “Website”) or contact us about our services.
1. Who is responsible
GRV GROUP OF COMPANIES LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #16102, Casper, WY 82609, USA. Email: hello@grvgroup.us. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you email us or use the request form, we receive your name, email address, company name, the type of transaction, and whatever you choose to describe about your project. If we later enter into an engagement, we will also receive the information and documents needed to perform it.
- Information we obtain to verify clients and transactions. Before and during an engagement we check the client and the transaction using publicly available sources.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider may automatically log standard server data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and date and time of access, for security and operation of the Website.
Please do not send government identification numbers, payment-card numbers, bank-account credentials or passwords through the Website or by unsecured email. If we need any such item, we will tell you how to provide it securely.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and assess whether we can accept an engagement.
- To verify clients and transactions, including identity, sanctions and source-of-funds screening, and to decide whether to accept or continue an engagement.
- To perform, document and invoice engagements, and to maintain records.
- To secure the Website and to comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use the Website for advertising or profiling.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The Website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not load third-party scripts or fonts. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
5. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on these bases: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, handling inquiries and screening clients (Art. 6(1)(f)); compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)); and consent where we ask for it (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
6. Disclosure of information
We disclose personal information only as needed to: (a) service providers who support our operations, such as website hosting, email and document storage, under confidentiality and security obligations; (b) professional advisers such as our own lawyers and accountants; (c) authorities, courts or other parties where required by law or to protect rights, safety and property; and (d) a successor in a merger, sale of assets or similar transaction involving our business. We do not disclose client identities or transaction details to anyone else without the client’s consent, except as stated here.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and information is processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for transfers of personal data from the EEA, UK or Switzerland, such as standard contractual clauses.
8. Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Engagement records are kept for the period needed to meet legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements, and then deleted or anonymized.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access, correct or delete it, to receive a copy in a portable format, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and certain other U.S. states have comparable rights under their state privacy laws, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Residents of the EEA, UK and Switzerland may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
To exercise a right, email hello@grvgroup.us. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we may decline requests where the law permits or requires, for example where we must retain records or protect the confidentiality of a client engagement.
11. Children
The Website and our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Do Not Track
Because we do not track visitors across websites, we do not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
